浸信會愛羣社會服務處兒童、青少年及家庭綜合服務現誠邀各位於9月30日參加「新一代青年的工作世界」網上分享會,一起探討新一代青年特質及如何培育他們在社會上的發展。


新一代的青年有無限潛能。僱主該如何認識青年的特質,發掘他們的長處? 在工作實習的過程之中,如何挑選合適的工種讓他們去嘗試?培育青年對企業及社會的正面影響? 以及培育青年提升未來工作技能的重要性?


是次分享會邀請了兒童、青少年及家庭社會服務管理專業人員,人力資源資深顧問,以及全球最大的專業社群網站專才發展,一同作分享外,更設有即場問答環節,歡迎各位參加。

郭浩權 先生目前是 LinkedIn Hong Kong 的客戶總監。他主要與香港和澳門的主要客戶就人才管理策略方面緊密合作。他與不同企業的人力資源部門的合作主要涉及雇主品牌建設、人才招聘、發展和員工管理策略。 郭浩權擁有加拿大滑鐵盧大學的化學工程學位, 並在畢業後開始空調設計和銷售工作。在獲得專業工程師認證後,他攻讀了香港大學和倫敦商學院的 MBA 學位,之後轉向於科技行業發展。郭浩權以管理培訓生加入微軟,並在 3 年內穫得全球聯盟經理的工作。他的職責包括為亞太地區、歐洲和北美的客戶制定全球業務規劃和為本地執行新雲端的信息技術解決方案。除了個人事業發展,郭浩權先生還透過LinkedIn 和他的個人網絡積極參與香港和加拿大的青年發展。

蔡惠琴女士太平紳士現於人力資源管理顧問公司,泰田、麥基爾國際顧問有限公司,擔任主任顧問及亞太區總經理。蔡女士擁有超過30年人力資源管理經驗,尤其在培訓及發展方面。她曾經擔任中銀集團培訓中心及G2000培訓經理,美國大通銀行亞太區副總裁,以及任職Forum Asia及Cubiks兩間外資顧問公司。她擁有豐富經驗與不同行業客戶合作。

蔡女士於2001年至2005年期間擔任香港人力資源管理學會會長,是學會自1977年創會以來首位女性會長,現為學會理事會成員和學習及發展委員會顧問。

蔡女士亦活躍於公共事務,出任政府及公營機構理事會或委員會主席或成員。她是持續專業進修聯盟主席、香港公開大學人力資源委員會主席,以及特區政府薪酬趨勢調查委員會前任主席。她現任公務員敘用委員會、香港公開大學校董會及執行管理委員會、香港大學就業輔導委員會、香港房屋委員會、勞工及福利局仲裁人小組之成員,以及深圳前海深港現代服務業合作區人才顧問。她是特區政府中央政策組、公務員薪俸及服務條件常務委員會、法律援助服務局委員會、教育統籌局人力發展委員會、 平等機會委員會、個人資料(私隱)諮詢委員會及僱員再培訓局等之前任成員。

周靄婷女士

周靄婷女士擁有近20年兒童、青少年及友師嚮導服務經驗,從前線服務、臨床輔導、到服務管理及開拓自負盈虧項目,一直積極發展具廣度及深度的服務,以回應急遽變化的社會需要。


周女士現為浸信會愛羣社會服務處兒童、青少年及家庭服務之服務總監,帶領跨單位專業團隊,持續發展各項服務。其督導及管理的項目包括:培殷幼兒學校;服務中心—灣仔綜合兒童及青少年服務中心、長沙灣教育及家庭支援服務中心和港島東家庭成長及發展服務中心;駐校社工服務—中學、小學全方位輔導及幼稚園;兒童發展基金計劃—港島區、九龍城及油尖旺區和多間中學;鄰里支援幼兒照顧計劃;課餘託管服務;青少年生涯規劃服務;各類型學生支援服務—小學成長的天空計劃及區本課餘學習支援計劃等。


周女士分別擔任不同社會服務地區網絡委員及機構代表,當中包括︰香港社會服務聯會—兒童及青少年服務專責委員會委員、香港社會服務聯會—服務發展(兒童及青少年)學校社會工作服務網絡機構代表;社會福利署—九龍城及油尖旺區家庭及兒童福利服務協調委員會委員、社會福利署—東區及灣仔區推廣義工服務協調委員會及青少年服務地方委員會委員;東區尤德夫人那打素醫院(兒童及家庭)社區服務委員會委員以及教會關懷貧窮網絡—成長嚮導策劃小組機構代表。

Mr. Ron Kwok is currently the account director at LinkedIn Hong Kong. He works closely with major customers headquartered in Hong Kong and Macau on talent management strategies. His partnership with human resource leaders spans across employer branding, talent acquisition, development, and engagement strategies. Ron started off his career as an engineer, focused on air-conditioning design and sales after obtaining a chemical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo (Canada). He soon transitioned to the tech sector after completing the MBA at the University of Hong Kong and London Business School. Joining Microsoft as a management trainee, Ron progressed his career as a Global Alliance Manager at Microsoft within 3 years. His responsibilities included global business planning and local execution of new cloud-based building information modelling solutions to customers across APAC, Europe, and North America. In addition to professional career development, Ron is also actively involved with youth development in Hong Kong and Canada through LinkedIn and his personal network.

Ms. Virginia Choi is Managing Consultant and Country Manager of Tamty McGill Consultants International Limited. She has over 30 years of experience in human resources management, especially in training and development. Her experience included serving as senior regional executive of training and staff development at Bank of China Group, G2000, Chase Manhattan Bank, Forum Asia and Cubiks (PA Consulting Group). She has rich experience in working with customers from various industries.

Virginia had been President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management from 2001 to 2005. She is the first female president since the foundation of HKIHRM in 1977. She is now Executive Council Member of the HKIHRM and advisor to its Learning and Development Committee.

Virginia has been active in participating and contributing in various committees and councils. She is Chairperson of Continuing Professional Development Alliance, Chairman of Human Resources Committee of The Open University of Hong Kong, and Past Chairman of HKSAR Pay Trend Survey Committee. She is now Member of Public Service Commission, Board and Executive Council of The Open University of Hong Kong, Careers Advisory Board of The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Housing Authority, Panel of Arbitrators of Labour and Welfare Bureau, and Advisor to Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone. Ms. Chow Oi-ting, Chloe has almost 20 years of extensive experience in children and youth, mentoring services, ranging from font-line services, clinical counselling, to service management, and self-financed service development. She has been devoted in expanding the breadth and depth of different social services in response to the fast changing needs of the Society.


Ms. Chow currently hold the position of Service Head of Children, Youth and Family Services at Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, leading the cross-unit team to develop diversified services, and managing various projects including: Pui Yan Pre-Primary School, Service Centres – Wan Chai Integrated Children and Youth Service Centre, Cheung Sha Wan Education and Family Support Service Centre and Hong Kong East Family Development Service Centre, Stationing School Social Work Services –Secondary School, Comprehensive Student Guidance Service in Primary School, and Kindergarten, Child Development Fund Projects – in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong districts and various secondary schools, Neighbourhood Support Child Care Project, After-school Care Service, Youth Life & Career Planning Project and diverse Student Support Services – Understanding Adolescent Project for Primary School and District-based After-school Learning Support Project.


Ms. Chow also holds a number of various district social services network committees and serves as agency representative of Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service. She is elected as member of Specialized Committee on Children and Youth Service of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, agency representative in Service Development (Children and Youth) Network on School Social Work Service of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Also a member of various Social Welfare Department District Coordinating Committees – Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District Co-ordinating Committee on Family & Child Welfare Services and Eastern and Wan Chai District Co-ordinating Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service & Local Committee on Services for Young People, member of Hong Kong East Cluster Community Services Committee (Children & Family) of Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital and agency representative in the Mentorship Strategy Group of Hong Kong Church Network For The Poor.
